My teaching style blends ancient wisdom with modern practicality, weaving together movement, breath, and philosophy to create meaningful, and transformative classes.
Each class is intentionally crafted around a theme rooted in Yoga or Ayurveda philosophy. From there, I build a well-rounded sequence that supports a ‘peak pose,’ guiding you through intelligent movement, breathwork, and reflection before inviting deep rest.
My teaching is intuitive and responsive, meaning I teach to the room, adapting to the energy, season, and unique needs of my students in the moment. Whether we’re exploring strength, fluidity, stillness, or release, my goal is for you to leave class feeling like you got exactly what you needed—even if you didn’t know you needed it.
Expect a balance of challenge and ease, tradition and innovation, depth and playfulness. Some days, that may mean breathwork and mindful flows; other days, it’s long-held postures, meditation, or mantra. And there are always modifications, options, and insights to carry beyond your mat.
I believe that yoga is about respect, connection, and learning to move through the world without losing yourself. And whether you have five minutes or an hour, whether you practice daily or once a week—every bit of yoga you bring into your life is an act of self-care and empowerment.
