For over 20 years
Yoga and Ayurveda have been the anchors of my healing and growth. Through life’s twists and turns—cancer, miscarriage, loss, depression, and uncertainty—these ancient practices have been my compass, helping me navigate pain and find clarity, balance, and strength.
Yoga has taught me how to listen—to my body, my breath, and my inner wisdom. It’s where I’ve learned to move through challenges with awareness, whether by releasing tension, embracing stillness, or shifting my perspective.
