Let’s Talk Routine

Okay, let’s be honest: sticking to a routine can feel really hard sometimes. You’ve got a million things on your plate, your sleep is all over the place, and maybe you’ve been eating toast crusts off your kid’s plate more than you care to admit (been there).

This Is the Practice

Here’s the thing: I am home a lot. I do carry the mental load of meals and laundry and grocery lists and summer camps and swim bags and school fees. I am the one folding laundry between Zoom calls and phone calls, and making dinner while mentally planning next month’s yoga theme.

Flipping the Bird (with Lovingkindness?)

I did my best to stay grounded, keeping my hands on the steering wheel and attention on the road ahead while at the same time remained conscious of the close distance of the vehicle behind me. I even took a few steading breaths and told myself that maybe they’re just in a rush, maybe they’ve got somewhere to be, or someone to get to…

Learning to Love What I Used to Hide

I saw myself in the mirror and didn’t flinch. I saw my reflection — and for the first time in a very, very long time… I didn’t pick it apart. Instead, I thought: “Wow. She’s beautiful. She’s radiant. She’s me.”

Sharp Edges & Soft Reminders

This is one of the reasons I love combining Yoga and Ayurveda — because together, they offer such a full-spectrum way of healing.

Not Perfect, but Practicing

The real practice is not in never making mistakes, but in becoming aware of them. With time and reflection, we begin to recognize the patterns. And once we see clearly, we’re more equipped to choose differently.

I Know Better, But Still Struggle

Since Sunday, I’ve felt awful. Bloated. Sluggish. Uncomfortable in my body. And more than that — disappointed in myself.

Whispers From Nature

I spent the weekend at La Solitude, nestled in nature and wrapped in a quiet that my bones have been craving for a long time. It was a retreat in every sense of the word—gentle, slow, and rich with space to reflect. I went as a participant, not a teacher. And in that shift, I was met with something unexpected: myself.

What Are You Craving?

Cravings aren’t bad. They’re simply signals. In fact, the desire to feel good, to connect, to feel full (in any way) is incredibly natural. The challenge comes when we reach for something that doesn’t truly nourish us.

This Is What a Healing Journey Looks Like

I was 6.5 months postpartum. Scared. Confused. Diagnosed just three months earlier, the whole experience unfolded so quickly I barely had time to process it—let alone prepare.
