A chance to unplug from the noise, replenish what's been depleted, and get clear on what you actually need. You'll rest deeply, learn something real, and leave with practices you can take home with you.

Every retreat I offer is a carefully crafted weekend experience, rooted in the landscape of Nova Scotia, woven through with Yoga and Ayurveda, and designed to send you home genuinely renewed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Two nights. A world away.

Each retreat has its own theme drawn from the season, the land, and what women most need in that moment. What every retreat shares is a rhythm that feels nothing like your regular life.

Mornings begin gently, with breathwork and gentle movement, and the particular quiet that only exists before the rest of the world wakes up. Days unfold with intention through Yoga sessions, Ayurvedic teachings, time to rest, time to wander, time to simply be. Evenings close with something restorative be it a sound bath, a candlelit practice, a conversation that goes somewhere real.

The food is wholesome, nourishing, and prepared with care from seasonal and local ingredients. The venue is always somewhere special, the kind of place you arrive at and immediately feel your shoulders drop.

And woven through all of it is community. The particular magic that happens when a group of women give themselves permission to show up honestly, rest deeply, and be held.

Past themes have included Women's Health & Hormonal Balance, deep rest and restoration, seasonal Ayurvedic living, and Yoga philosophy. Each retreat is its own journey.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You've been running on empty for longer than you'd like to admit. You crave something more than a vacation, you want to come back to yourself. You're navigating a transition be it perimenopause, a health challenge, a season of loss or change, and you need space to breathe through it. You've always wanted to go deeper into your practice but life keeps getting in the way. Or you simply know, bone-deep, that you need this.

You don't need to be an experienced yogi. You don't need to have it together. You just need to show up.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Every retreat includes two nights at a carefully chosen venue with private or shared accomodations, five nourishing vegetarian meals prepared from local and seasonal ingredients, five Yoga and Ayurveda sessions designed to work together as a complete experience, an evening sound bath, and full access to the property's amenities whether that's a sauna, a fire pit, a long bath, or simply a quiet corner to read in.

In between sessions, the time is yours. Walk. Rest. Connect with the women around you. Stare out a window. Let yourself be genuinely off duty.
